The courses of The Healthy Goods are based on a method created to offer a unique and complete experience.

A handout is prepared for each course that contains all the planned recipes including a list of ingredients, list of equipment needed and description of the procedure for preparing the various dishes.

The recipes are carried out step by step, supplementing the more practical part with theoretical explanations inherent not only in the ingredients used, but also insights into cooking styles and their properties, the equipment used, and notions of food energy and 5 transformations, that is, the effect that food has on our bodies.

Since these are online courses that are taken on a delayed basis, half an hour of one-on-one counseling is included and can be arranged to ask questions, clarify doubts, and elaborate on any topics of particular interest.

A certificate of attendance is issued at the end of the course.
